Brevard County, often referred to as "The Space Coast," is a diverse and dynamic region on Florida's east coast, stretching 72 miles along the Atlantic Ocean. Covering approximately 1,557 square miles, it is home to a mix of bustling cities, quiet beach towns, and natural preserves.
Cocoa Beach
A prime location for beachfront condos in a thriving beach town known for tourist activity with endless activities and business. In addition to beachfront condos, you'll also find high-end waterfront homes, popular with retirees, surfers, and vacation homeowners. You will find a few quiet areas of Cocoa Beach, but if you're looking for a bustling beach town, consider Cocoa Beach.
Satellite Beach
A desirable coastal community with a mix of older and newer homes, condos, and townhouses. Highly sought after for its schools and beachside lifestyle. Satellite Beach tends to be a quieter bedroom community that trends more to locals looking for the coastal community lifestyle, but with many of the same amenities you can find in Cocoa Beach.
Titusville
Known for its affordability and proximity to Kennedy Space Center, Titusville offers a mix of older single-family homes, new developments, and waterfront properties along the Indian River. A historic, small town community feeling, TItusville may appeal to homeowners looking for a small town feel.
Cape Canaveral
Condos, townhomes, and single-family homes, popular among retirees and seasonal residents due to its proximity to the cruise port and space industry. Sitting in between Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island, close enough to the beach town activities but far enough away for a more laid back vibe.
Melbourne

Viera

Merritt Island
A large unincorporated area featuring waterfront properties, nature reserves, and space industry landmarks. Merritt Island is
a small unincorporated bedroom community with easy access over the bridge to Cocoa Beach.
