There is a proper process when it comes to listing and selling a home for sale.   Simply listing a home on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) isn't enough...so it's important to understand the process and important steps involved in getting your home sold.   It's also important to understand how WE standout above the rest.

Pricing

Simply using a "guesstimate" or competing with other properties on the market, or that have sold recently isn't enough.  You also cannot rely on sites like Realtor and Zillow to provide accurate information.   You need data-driven analysis to understand fully what your home is worth to ensure you're not leaving money on the table.  It's also easy to overprice a home that can result in the home sitting on the market, which doesn't do you any good.  

Our process involves thorough evaluation of market data combined with our market and neighborhood expertise, review of market conditions and knowing how homes are performing.   Only then can we provide you with a value of your home that can support the market. 

Marketing & Advertising

Marketing your home takes great skill to understand how to reach the target buyers, what to focus on for your home, where to advertise and being able to create the proper content in which to get results.

 

Our process and service goes above and beyond to list on over 100 different websites, provide professional staging service and consults, only use professional photography, videography and expert advice from our team on maximizing and featuring your home.  We also use a different technique that many other brokerages which is 'reverse prospecting'.   Reverse prospecting means proactively marketing to buyers who are in the market for a home instead of waiting for them to come to us.   This opens up even more activity and more eyes on your home from buyers who are not actively searching for new properties, but those who have expressed an interest in the area.

Transaction Coordinating

With a dedicated in-house transaction coordinator and office manager, you can be assured that your transaction is completed and closed quickly, efficiently and with attention to detail to ensure any blockers or risks are managed to not derail your sale.

Don't rely on firms or agents that manage their own transactions, or have the need to engage in external transaction coordinators.   Our team is completely committed to getting your home sold.
